One of My Favorite Things

With summer comes more road trips.  I don’t know about you, but I love to listen to a good podcast on the road.
One I’ve been really obsessed with is Julie Louis Dreyfus’s Wiser than Me podcast, specifically with the renowned author Anne Lamott.
During this episode, Anne shares some deep wisdom on the importance of listening.  She uses the acronym WAIT: Why am I talking?
And, letting go of shame means, should have already mastered everything.
